In the Privacy Policy below, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of this website. I collect and process personal data solely on the basis of the legal provisions set out for this in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Telecommunications Act 2003 (TKG). As soon as you access or visit this website as a user, your IP address is recorded from the beginning to the end of your session. This is due to technical reasons and therefore represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.


Establishing Contact

If you establish contact with me, either by using one of the contact forms or by e-mail, then you are transferring the data you entered there to me. I will store this data for the purpose of processing your enquiry or, in the case of a longer period of cooperation, for six months. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

The information collected by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA for analysis and stored there. IP anonymization is used on this website. The user's IP address is truncated within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other states which are party to the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address first transferred in full to a Google server in the USA and then truncated there. This truncation eliminates any personal reference to your IP address. The user's IP address transferred by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google. 


As part of the data processing agreement that I, as the website operator, have concluded with Google Inc., Google Inc. uses the information gathered to evaluate website use and activity and provides services related to Internet use. The data gathered by Google on my behalf is used to evaluate individual users' use of my online services, such as to create reports on website activity in order to improve my online services. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. You can also use a browser plug-in to prevent the information gathered by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. This website uses Calendly software from the provider Calendly, LLC, BB&T Tower, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA to provide an online appointment booking service. For the purpose of scheduling appointments, your first name, last name and e-mail address (and phone number, if a conference call is requested) are collected in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and transferred to Calendly pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in effective customer management and efficient appointment management and it is stored there for the purpose of organizing appointments. Once the appointment has been held or the agreed appointment period has expired, Calendly will delete your data. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Calendly ("Data Processing Addendum," available at in which we oblige Calendly to protect our customers' data in accordance with the legal requirements. As a general rule, Calendly transfers information gathered outside the European Economic Area and relies on so-called standard data protection clauses from the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the level of data protection in Europe.

When you establish contact with us (e.g., via our contact form or by e-mail), personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing and responding to your inquiry and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your reason for establishing contact with us is to conclude a contract, then the additional legal basis for processing your data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified, provided that no statutory retention requirements stand in conflict.
